LANDLORD/GAS SAFE CERTIFICATION
If you're a landlord, then you'll most likely already know that it is a legal requirement to have a gas safety certificate (also called a CP12) issued for any properties you rent out that have gas appliances. It is your legal obligation to ensure that the gas appliances of your rented property are safe to use and don't pose any risk to your tenants. As part of the work we do, we'll inspect each gas appliances (e.g. boiler, gas cooker, gas fire) and carry out tests to make sure they're fit to use. We'll then provide you and your tenant with a copy of the certificate.
